Exclusive Functions at The Deen

The Deen caters for a range of different functional requirements, from engagement parties, to birthday's, to end of year uni celebrations and any other gathering. With an experienced functions co-ordinator to help every step of the way, groups from 10 to as large as 500 can be catered for with the option of either an exclusive or a non-exclusive event. A selection of private rooms is available with an exclusive function, depending on the number of guests attending.

Zone 6: Is the perfect room for those Friday afternoon sundowners, with a minimum of 60 and a maximum of 120.

Zone 5: Is one of our most popular function rooms being the favourite for events such as 21sts, engagement parties and smaller corporate functions. This room has a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 180

Zone 4: Premiere boutique bar - Stage One of the renovations are complete as this stylish new bar is now open. Minimun of 40 and maximum of 80 guests.

Zone 3: Is a more relaxed area with live bands performing every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 9:45pm onwards.This room has a minimum of 80 and a maximum of 300.

Zone 2: Is the largest room, being the favourite for Uni functions or larger corporate functions.This room has a minimum of 200 and a maximum of 500.

Garden Bar: Relaxing sundowner bar. Can hold up to 150 people for your exclusive function.

Non-Exclusive Functions

Zone 1: Non exclusive functions are held in Zone 1 which is not a private room but is where it all happens. There is no cost involved to hold a non exclusive function at The Deen.

Function Beverage Packages

Option 1: Cash Bar - Host and guests pay for drinks with individual payments, however still receive 25% off selected beverages

Option 2: Bar Tab - Host decides on a limit of to be covered and the type of beverages covered by the tab. For example beer, wine, champagne, spirits.

Option 3: Per Head - Packages for larger corporate functions. The Deen is able to put together per head packages arranged by a functions co-ordinator.

Bookings
A tentative booking can be made to reserve a room, the room will then be secured when the $100 room deposit has been received.

Enquiries
Enquiries can be made by completing the online enquiry form, or by contacting the venue direct. There are several rooms to choose from, all with exclusivity available in the early part of the night.

Catering
The Deen has several catering menus to choose from including in-house and outside catering companies. Some areas of the venue can also use BBQ facilities.
